Refund policy

We strive to ensure that each transaction on our website is hassle free. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards. All our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our store/warehouse.

If it is discovered that a wrong product has been delivered to you or the product has a genuine manufacturing defect then we are open to resolve your problem and exchange/refund your order.

Email us on bluepoppyindia@gmail.com with your order number, date of transaction, delivery address and image of the product. Please make sure you have a video of opening the parcel. This video is mandatory, failing which we will not be able to proceed with the exchange/refund. This must be done within 72 hours of the product being delivered to you. 

After assessing from the video whether you have received a wrong product or the product has some genuine manufacturing defect, a confirmation email will be sent to you. You can then send the product back to us, and get an exchange/refund (after the product is received at our end).

Our team will investigate the issue and revert within 48 working hours. Please ensure that the product is unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged. 

Cancellations: Once an order has been placed by the user, our systems will be unable to cancel the order and process a refund to the client if the payment has been processed.
